RETURN POLICY

Here at Stadium Collective the quality of your garment and customer satisfaction is our number one priority, if any of your items have a manufacturing fault we will gladly exchange the item or refund you. If your purchase doesn’t quite fit or isn’t what you were expecting you can return it within 30 days. Items must be returned with their original packaging and in usable condition with tags attached. If items are sent back and not in the same condition, they where sent you can expect a reduction in the refund amount as handling and repacking fee – If they are stained, dirty, damaged, covered in hair etc.

Return process

  • Send us and email with order number
  • Tell us why you are returning the item/items
  • Post of your returns and we will be in contact ASAP with your refund as soon as garments have been inspected

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
